Dropped my car off on a Thursday at my “appointment” time. Was called at 4:30 saying they aren’t sure what wrong with my air conditioner & time got away from them and i needed to come pick up my car. And to call and make ANOTHER appointment. I took it elsewhere and it was fixed within an hour.. bad business.

We purchased an as is car. We do understand that as is means if there is a problem with the car then it is our responsibility to take care of it. Now we asked our sales rep what was the issue with the car so we would know what needed to be fixed because the check engine light was on. 10 days before the purchase we were told that the exhaust was replaced! Now there is an exhaust leak????? I haven’t had the car for more than 2 months and can’t even take it on the highway because If I go above 45 mph my car will start jerking and slowing down. This would not be an issue if the dealership disclosed ALL the details about the car before hand but they didn’t. Quality had the car for almost 2 weeks. Then charged us because their sales rep lied. Being dishonest is illegal in SC contract or not. Have a great day!

Experience
The overall outcome for this experience was ok. I just wished warranty company could have been a little better on approving my claim to get my vehicle fixed. Quality auto did try their best to fix my vehicle but everything would’ve became a bit pricey. Other than that. Average experience
