Great, friendly service with shuttle to and from.
They fit me in at the last minute for a state inspection and did the work promptly. They also offered shuttle service to and from so I didn’t have to wait in their office.

GREAT SERVICE!
Ramsay's is spectacular. The work is top notch. The people are friendly, and are able to explain things in terms I understand. Ramsay's inspects my car every year, and they are HONEST about what work is needed (if any.) In addition, when my battery died, they were able to take my car that day and put in a new one. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Professional and friendly
I brought my car to Ramsay for inspection. I dropped it off the night before and picked it up the next day. Everything ran smoothly. The staff is professional and friendly My family has been going to Ramsay for many years.

FANTASTIC RELIABILTY
Had $1,000's worth of work done and it was done QUICKLY and with great RELIABILITY! When you find an HONEST mechanic, you stay with them... I drive from out of state when I need work done on my vehicle(s) to see the guys at Ramsay (Doug and Tom)!

inspection and oil change
Ramsay has the best auto repair staff in Chester County. Tom is awesome running the office and is diligent in understanding what the customer wants. Doug is engaged in all of the repairs. I appreciate the diligence that this team puts forth to provide such a great service.

I’ve brought both of my vehicles to Ramsey’s for the past 3+ years and counting. The team is personable and the service is professional. My recent example as of March 2023… My SUV’s battery expired and I needed a jump from my garage. The Ramsay’s team came to my home (I’m local) and jumped my vehicle which then started instantly. I asked one of the servicemen to take the vehicle to the shop for further inspection. After thoroughly checking my vehicle at their shop, they gave me a call and I paid for the service — Great experience and reasonable pricing. I bring my vehicles to Ramsey’s annually and when needed. The absolute best place service shop in Malvern PA!

Another excellent experience
Ramsay's was able to fit me in on the same day that I called, dropped off my truck around 930, Oil change, 2 leaky tires, and a side mirror glue later, got truck back by 330. Runs great and very reasonable. Thanks!
