Unprofessional
The last time I was in I was told I needed an entire new computer system for my BMW, even after I spoke with tech asking him to check several different things because I had researched issue. He insisted this was the issue. I could buy a new car for this price as my car is 2008, though I hated to, I did rather than spending this much on an older vehicle. AFTER purchasing new car, upon pick up of my BMW I was then told I was correct and had to spend $3,000 to fix it. Now I have a new car note … for NOTHING!
NOT a happy camper. I’ve used Randall’s for years on every BMW I’ve owned, but this was disappointing!

R class repair
The Mercedes Benz dealership had my r class 3 different times with the same issue, never corrected the issue. One visit to Randall's and my truck runs like it did 10 years ago. I would recommend this shop to EVERYONE

1999 Mercedes
I took my Mercedes in to Randall's Autohaus because I had a transmission leak. They were able to take it in and service the transmission without a appointment, they gave me a written estimate before the work was done, so I knew how much it would cost to get the work done. All the employees at Randall's were very professional and it was a pleasure doing business with them. If I have any more problems with my car Randall's is where I will be taking it to.

Experienced and Knowlegeable!
Randall's is a nice looking place and it is clean. Service was good and everyone was friendly. I discovered Randall's after my previous mechanic could not do the work I needed. Lucky find! And well worth the drive. Fair and honest. Recommended.

Everything was excellent!
I’m so excited about my experience and service today! I spoke with the owner via the phone before I took my cars in to be serviced and from that point on until I walked out after my cars were serviced, I am still wearing a huge smile! Much appreciation to the owner, the kind lady at the desk, the guy at the other desk that kept me informed of the progress on my cars and the highly skilled mechanic!

Only Good European Car Repair Shop In Area
Randall's Autohaus is the only repair shop that was able to work on my Porsche Panamera S 3.0T Hybrid. So, if you only have one car, I suggest to get a long-term rental car because it will be a good bit before you get your Porsche, Audi, BMW etc. back. Driving a European car will cost you when it breaks down or the engine light comes on, but you already knew that when you purchased the car. In summary, take your European vehicle to Randall's Autohaus because at least you know that your car will be fixed correctly.
