Alex, the owner called me to advise what the issue was and advised of the cost and when the car would be ready. Both were exactly what he said. Car was ready as promised.

The Best Auto Care is at Randolph Auto Care
I have taken my car to Randolph Auto Care for years and years. I have complete faith in whatever work he tells me that needs to be done. Never have I had to return to him to have any work corrected. I have a son who’s a jet engine mechanic in Charlotte. Every time I’ve asked him about Alex’s planned work on my car, he agrees completely.
I feel so lucky to have found him.

Trustworthy, Very Competent Mechanic
I have been going to Randolph Auto Care for years. I have complete confidence that Alex will do what I asked him to do and what is necessary, but not tack on anything extra just to drive up the cost. He has fixed several things on my Hyundai that my dealer couldn't even figure out. I am so pleased i found him !

Worse case scenario turned into a good scenario
My 28 year old Chevy had all the symptoms of a fuel pump. A major job for this truck.

Alex took his time analyzing other issues. Turned out to be a MAP sensor. Within 48 hours was back on the road!
