Average shop out to make money
Tipical auto Repair Shop, A ol freind use to work there at a few locations they will put the Cheapest replacement Auto part on your car from the closest auto supplier & charge Top dollar for the part.Some of there Mechanics are not Good its a hit or miss with who does the repair 1 example they did a repair on my 4x4 told me the transmission was bad.The mechanic took it for a test drive in 4x4 High mode so only the high gears worked there was nothing wrong with the trans.Another time i just put Rear Brake Pads on it & took it to them for a New Rear wheel bearing.They call me up tell me the rear knucle assymbly is cracked were the bearing holds on too ,(which was Fine when i put the pads on) so the mechanic cracked im sure being the bearing is Pressed in.They charge me for a Junk yard Knuckle and a New bearing installation.When i got home i took the tire off for inspection to see a Rusted wheel bearing.They never put a new bearing in so i went back argued a bit with one man on some kind of reimbursement another man got involved and reimbursed me some of my money back.

Poor business
I always try to be patient when doing business with anyone. I believe my patience was taken advantage of. I will never go back there for anything. I went to have a key programmed i paid in full for the service and was told to come back and get the job finished. A week later after i called them everyday to see when i could bring it back to have the job finished the key was not how they said it would be and they didn't put the ignition panel back on. Nothing but half ass work and excuses up there. I spent $190 on a key that won't even unlock my damn door. Fuck them

first 2 times jim was honest ,,but he just tried to charge me double on a repair ,,,,i will never go back

Like a brand new car
My husband took my car in for what I thought was brakes, turns out I need an axle repair and ABS system repair. I feel like I have a brand new car I’m very satisfied would definitely recommend.

Honesty and Integrity
Jim came highly recommended to me by a close friend who had all his auto work done by Jim for over 20 years. I have been using Jim for over 2 years for all the work on my car, my wife's car, our 2 daughter's cars and my granddaughter's car.

Peto said his overall experience was great. They are good, very nice and understanding. However, he told them the vehicle was not going in drive and reverse and there was an issue with the turn signals and they just fixed the turn signals.

Learned my lesson
Took my wife’s Silhouette to a quick oil change place. Days later oil was leaking in the driveway. Redford Auto corrected what the other shop messed up. I won’t let another shop work on the Silhouette.
