Worst Car Shopping Experience
Drove 2.5 hours to look at a truck only to find out that the pictures of the truck we saw online did not show the damage to the passenger side of the truck that it had, and we weren’t told about it ahead of time either. It was bad enough we would have seen it on the pictures too, so it had to have happened after the pictures were taken, and they didn’t update the info on it. We made the appointment 2 days in advance and the dealership didn’t even take the time to clean out the truck before we got there. Toothpicks in the visor, missing headrest, and dirty styrofoam cup in the glove box, just to start. Oh and to top it off, when we drove it, cause why not; we drive 2.5 hours for this, the AC didn’t work so we drove around in 90 degree weather with the windows down. Was excited to go look at the truck and walked away extremely disappointed. Even if they had a good vehicle, we would never buy from them after this experience.

Disappointed
I am not one to leave bad reviews for anything, but I just had to this time. I think we dealt with the owners son when we signed paperwork in 2020 for our 15' Toyota Sienna that I looked everywhere for the one I wanted at the right price. He had sold me an extended warranty! I will never get one of those again! Especially on a Toyota which I know will run well over the use of that warranty. It's partially my fault for not reading closer to the agreement, but I would not have thought they would try to give me a bad deal like this! After looking over my extended warranty it showed I was charged $2,800 up to 60 months or 60,000 miles!! This van was a 2015 with 48,000 miles on it which is low, but all that money for a warranty only bought me about ONE year of service before expiring!! That doesn't seem like the customers best interest was considered here at all. Very frustrating that I could owe nearly $3,000 less on my vehicle right now!! Not to mention the over 2 hours wait just to get oil changes with an appointment. I didn't go back after 2 times. They did not detail it for sale AND there was no spare in it. Guess I just got one of the unfortunate bad experiences!

Poor Policy
I had visited with a sales person about purchasing a Palisade from this dealership. They pick and choose who they sell to under their excuse of a 50 mile radius limit. I am 80 miles from this business and I have never experienced such an absurd policy. I feel that I’m being discriminated against due to my location. I jumped through many hoops for them, and the first salesman just completely stopped communicating with me after telling me that he would return my call. If they operate like this, I feel that The Lord has intervened to protect me from being taken advantage of. I recommend to do your research and stay clear of this dealership.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
Service department did not fix my real issue after multiple visits. Finally they took time to diagnose further since the EXACT same reading came up as last year. They now are trying to charge me for fuel injectors even though they see records of me trying to make them really dig deep and check the issue our further but they always just did a quick replacement of a part then moved on. I would call them and make an appointment but if my check engine light was not on they would not see me. Also they would not take any check engine light readings between my last visit and this current visit to help me get my car diagnosed under warrenty. Would not recommend them as my car is sitting and the warranty company told me to dispute with Hyundai Customer Service who hasn't called me either. Until March 2021 I could have gave 5 starts and was looking at new cars with them. Not anymore.

Great service
Wayne will take car of any and all your needs. The service staff is top notch. Always friendly and helpful. They all make sure your vehicle is serviced and returned in a timely manner. They even showed me a couple of recalls I didn’t know about and fixed them in the same amount of time as allotted for my appointment

The work was not properly done. Told me they would order a new part it’s been over a month and they still have not called me.

I sincerely apologize again that the new tape has a wrinkle. I will get another one ordered right away and have a service loaner ready for you when we get the part and can get you scheduled with the body shop to have it installed.
