I had a great experience with Repair Revolution today. I called them because my car was leaking fluid. They advised me that I would save money if I took the car to the dealership (because it is still under warranty), but offered to do a complimentary fluid check in the meantime. And I am so glad they did, because they found that the dealership had not seated the oil filter properly, and the engine was leaking oil! Gabe took the time to explain everything to me, and even took detailed pictures for me to share with the dealership when I take it in. I left feeling informed and empowered. Thank you so much!

The absolutely best experience possible!
I cannot say enough good things about these folks! An area oil change place left my oil drain plug off and caused my engine to be totaled. Not only did these folks do an excellent job replacing my engine, they also went WAY above and beyond helping me navigate my insurance claim and my claim with the oil change place. Their customer service is absolutely amazing and they were so kind, thoughtful, and informative throughout the process. I wish I could give them 10 billing stars, they are just that good.
I trust you with my car which is on par with trusting you with my life! Safety with a dependable car is everything ?

RR is a revelation!
Gabe was so helpful and reassuring when I walked in all frazzled after four engine lights came on while I was driving out of town for the weekend. I've never felt more comfortable or well-cared-for doing anything car related. Gabe explained what he was checking and why, let me learn and ask questions, and even referred another mechanic because RR was too booked to take on new customers. Blown away to have such a positive interaction (as a walk-in, no less!). Repair Revolution will be my first choice for car needs in the future. THANK YOU!!

I've been a Repair Revolution customer for years. I came in for air conditioning maintenance service this week. They completed the work in a timely but not rushed manner and the a/c is blowing very cold again. The charge was exactly what was quoted, a system check revealed no leaks or complications. My only frustration is that I couldn't get an oil change
scheduled for three months. Communication and transparency are always very high.
I've been coming to Repair Revolution since 2017 and am always super pleased with the experience. It blows my mind that this one shop, even when dealing with being a bit understaffed can provide such fantastic work with such a quick turn around time and with super friendly, helpful attitudes. They are always super thorough when explaining what's happening with my vehicle and answering all of my questions and concerns.

As usual, the folks at RR are incredibly helpful. I feel fully educated about the possible costs and issues before my service even starts, and always get a clear explanation of service and related fees once it's done. And I always walk away knowing exactly what to expect at my next appointment--and how much it's going to cost. The customer service here is OUTSTANDING!
I've brought my high mileage Jeep here for service the last 3 times and service is excellent. They provided detailed information and pictures of all the issues regarding my Jeep. I appreciate the transparency with all my questions on what issues to prioritize. Although, I may move on from the Jeep, I will bring in my next car for service. When scheduling this past visit, the date was pretty far out due to the labor shortage, but it was worth the wait.
I hope that this shop can grow in the future to accommodate appointments as soon as possible as they do great work and service.
An experience I thought I would never have at a mechanic. Clear, thorough, and transparent report that gave you a great run down of the issues and why repairs would be useful, how long you can wait, and what to watch for. The report is pretty, it’s clear and has photos.
They paid attention to detail where other mechanics fell short in listening to me.
And if your car has a name they are sure to note it. I think Marvin would agree.
Been going to RR for a few years now and I can’t say enough good things about them.
Not only is their customer service tops, I totally trust them, unlike many auto mechanics or corporate shops.
They are fair, transparent, and do not hassle or push to do more to your car. Sure, they’ll give you suggestions, and rate them on an urgency scale, but it never feels like you are being pressured. Plus with their suggestions and how they provide information about your vehicle feel like I’m learning about my car, rather than dropping it off to some magical place where it comes out fixed, you drop some coin, and off you go, not really any wiser, or knowing what happened.
And if you don’t know a single thing about cars you will not feel intimidated.
