Transmission Repair
Rebuilt my Ford Ranger transmission which was 6 months (40,000 miles) out of the extended warranty. Drives amazing, comes with a new warranty from Richmond!

Awesome Experience (as usual)
Another great job by Frank, Christina, Chris, and the crew. Dropped my vehicle off for front brakes and an oil change. While they were doing that work, Chris called me to let me know I needed some work done on the front suspension. They were able to get the parts and have them installed in less than 3 hours. I was super impressed.

Referred by everyone n the county
25 year old manual transmission gave out at nearly 280k. Frank was good counsel as to the pros and cons of a rebuild vs replacement (vehicle).

Ended up rebuilding over buying new/used (vehicle). Although it took much longer than promised initially the job was completed.

Anyone looking to go this route should a good bit of time to get everything done exactly correct.

Friendly and professional service
Everyone I interacted with was professional and friendly. Issue and process was explained thoroughly so there were no ugly surprises. So far it has been running great. Total repair cost seemed very reasonable. They will be my go-to for future issues.

Quick, efficient, effective and honest.
Ford wanted to charge me $2k more for a less honest repair. I will always go to Richmond Transmission for all repairs i can't do myself.
