Fantastic New Owners!
I have been coming to Rich's Tires for about 20 years and they were always fantastic. I recently came again and found there are new owners. The owner Niazi was so nice and professional and he had one of his employees drive me home and pick me up which was fantastic! The prices and service are wonderful and I will remain a loyal customer. Thank you to the old owners and welcome to the new ones!

Excellent Customer Service
Rich and his staff have always treated me and my family with the best customer service. Their honesty is greatly appreciated. If you don't need work, they'll tell you. If you require repair, they are very thorough in their explanations. I have purchased tires twice, along with several years and many vehicles of general mechanical repair services. Great place and Highly Recommended.

Rude Service
Went in for a tire issue, and they fixed the tire. However, the customer service was trash. They seemed so damn bothered and angry that I came in for their service. I had to stop there as an emergency, however I will not be returning. I spoke to a few people from that area and they all told me the same thing, which was to avoid this place at all cost.

Doesn't except firestone coupons change your name
Why use Firestone brand name but not honor their coupons sent to Firestone card members ? Plenty of shops that do. Why pay full price when you don't have to !

Bought a tire from them, when I had a puncture, (on the tire, not on the wall or anywhere remotely difficult)
They charged me 35 $
Most tire shops fix flats for free for the tires purchased from them.
Never going back.
