This is my second time dealing with this company and I will stand on when I say that I am glad I made this decision. They are very professional and will see that they meet the needs and satisfaction of their customers. Mr Mohammad made my experience worth while again and I really appreciate it.

They make a living selling lemons
My Boyfriend bought a car from Ride Now Inc, he was in a tough spot and bought a car that was extremely over priced. 2009 volvo with over 151k miles for 10k. Initially we were told he would have a 3 month warranty and we did not have to worry should anything go wrong. He hasn't had the car for even a full month and there are multiple things wrong with the car that they are refusing to repair. The owner KEVIN REEVES is stating we need "warranty paperwork" which i am sure they know they didn't make a copy of to give us. My boyfriend has paid every payment on time and has not missed a payment. These people are crooks and make a living selling lemons. Please take your business elsewhere. Even if you have no other options please do not go with them. Both legal representation and the used car commission have been contacted. Please do not be like us , do your research and don't let predatory car lots like this land you in a tough spot.

Horrible
My daughter purchased a car and in 8months it's in the shop. They did nothing within a week from purchase. Back to square A. Manipulative sales.
I brought my truck in to get serviced and once again, Charles delivered as promised and they did so in a timely fashion! If you’re looking for a honest quality service, ride now is the place to do business!!
The staff at Ride Now is top notch!!! They go above and beyond for everyone that comes on the lot. You can’t find any nicer or easygoing people on any other lot. Ride Now should be your first, last and only stop. Give them a try! Unfortunately COVID-19 has impacted inventory. But it affected every other lot also. Charles, Kevin and Mohamed will do everything in their power to help you out.
Prompt and personal ( Charles ). Professional diagnostics and repairing my problems ( no “ guesswork/ parts changing “ )!!! Rates for parts/service for the repair was very reasonable.
