Love the family setting, made sure I was fully aware of what was needed. I love the ability to see my vehicle while its being worked on. The ASE certified mechanics were very approachable and spend the time to explain all my concerns.

Fast service but oily finger prints on car
Took my 2010 GT convertible in for state inspection. Service was quick as I had an appointment but when I got home and put the vehicle back in the garage where it is kept I noticed some oily / greasy smudges on the drivers side door, fender and hood then I noticed greasy prints on the inside of the windshield where the new state inspection sticker was applied. Not a huge deal but the car is pristine so the prints and smudges showed up and were not hard to miss.

Replacement of faulty alternator
Had great service today.
Three months ago I had a rebuilt alternator put on my car.
Over the weekend started having problems again with car running. Had my car towed back to Rivers Bend Auto and they replaced the alternator that they had put on in December because it was a defective rebuilt alternator. They had it ready for me with six hours of it being taken in for service.
Thank you for completing it in such a timely manner.

Great people, good shop, quick services
I love how they take care of repairs and maintenance and communicate everything with you, wait time is not long and very reasonable with prices. The dealer tried to charge my daughter over $5000 for water pump repair and they more around the price I know it should cost $3000 and didn’t take as long as the dealer said they would have her car in shop. Appointments are quicker to get as well. I have never been disappointed with their service from the front desk to the mechanics. The lady up the front always make you feel welcome, her energy and vibes are always good when I use their services.
