Don said that his vehicle was not ready when promised due to the fact that it took a couple months. He chose not to elaborate about the length of the delay. It took that long because they had to wait for the insurance company and they had to make sure they had the correct parts. He stated he did not feel like he was adequately informed because they did not call very often. He would liked to be called once a week.
