Run from this place
My car was there for months. It was returned in worse shape than when I brought it in. They broke my car.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
Rocco’s European Garage experience – Brought my car in for diagnostics, suspecting my turbocharger was bad on my 2012 VW GTI. I was advised that the charge was approx.. $160.00, waited at the shop for 4 hours, asked the front desk (service advisor?), to speak with the mechanic several times since the “service advisor” was not able to answer my questions and kept going back to shop to consult with the mechanic. To make a long story short, this shop is a rip-off. They string you along for hours so they can bill you. A leak on the exhaust was found, (very visible once you have the car up on a lift), two clamps were installed, ($38.00 part) additional testing to determine the turbocharger needed to be replaced and a whopping bill for $797.00 to the customer. Needless to say, I paid the bill, declined the additional services they recommended with a price tag of $5000+ and got my car out of there. Day after, I received a text message from the shop (the Mgr.), to check if “everything was running smooth”. I replied back expressing my dissatisfaction, a few hours later the owner contacts me and stated, “how can I make it to you”, give him a couple of days to investigate this matter. Conclusion, a couple of days turn into a week and never heard back from the owner. It obviously a scam, stay away from this place. My car was taken to another shop that specialize in foreign cars, got it fixed for $1500 less with excellent “service advisors/customer service” and mechanic with the skill to communicate with the customers. I found it very interesting that Rocco’s garage, after diagnosing my vehicle for 4hours+ was not able to detect that the radiator sending unit was bad, makes me wonder, do they know what they are doing or they are stringing along/ripping you off for additional services to bill the customers. Good luck to future customers.

RIP OFFFFF!!!
Worst place to take your Mercedes' Benz... these people lied that they fixed my car but never did, my car wasn't worked on and they even charged me $169 and then I later found out that it's just the turn signal switch and not all their lies they were spilling... Do NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO ROCCO EIROPEAN SHOP. I wish I can give them zero star

DON'T GO HERE!!!!
I took my Carrera in for a 100,000 mile maintenance. There WAS NOTHING WRONG with my car, except the door latch cable was not working properly, before it went in this shop. I had used this shop in the past and they took care of the issue with my car well, so I went back. When they called to tell me what they found during the service, I was hit with a $6,742.27 bill. One item was the OIL FILLER NECK IS BROKEN DUE TO DETERIORATION - there was no deterioration - the mechanic broke the piece when he opened the oil cap in a quick hard manner. (The woman at the front desk told me that that probably happen.) They wanted $2,262.43 (2,175.00 labor cost + $87.43 for the part) to fix the pblm they created. RIGHT FRONT STRUT HAS SEEPING RESIDUE FROM BLOWN SEAL - (2,210.18 for 2 struts - labor $580) no leakage was found by 2 other mechanics in different shops. These were just 2 falsehoods in their report, there were many more that created the almost $7,000 bill. As a woman I felt I was being taken advantage of. I asked the manager at Rocco's to put duct tape on the oil tube they dislodged so I could take my car home. I did pay them $151.65 for the oil change . I did have to pay another shop for 1 more qt of oil, that I just paid for, since the oil leaked out from the duct tape area. THIS SHOP IS HERE TO GOUGE YOUR WALLETS. Though this ordeal, I found a shop that takes care of it's customers by only fixing what needs to be completed and does not overcharge for labor. If your car needs to go into the shop, go to SELECT LUXURY on Cobb Parkway. They are HONEST and REPUTABLE, unlike Rocco's on Sandy Plains Road in Marietta. Select Luxury looked over the car with Rocco's issues in mind and and then some to ensure they were finding everything that was needed to really be fixed. After their inspection the issues were not as reported by Rocco's and the repairs only cost me $1,647.18 - a far cry from almost $7,000. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ROCCO'S AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER.

Great place for European Car Service
I have been going to Marietta location of Rocco's for over 2 years for my 2008 Porsche Cayenne. Alex and Brian help you at the front desk. They are knowledgeable about cars. They listen and provide options on services. I never feel pressure on what repairs to get done. They are not cheap but much better pricing than the dealer. Great value and great team!

DO NOT GO THERE!!!
Wow! I'd thought I'd never say it's cheaper at the dealership, but holy $#@!

I just paid $142 for them to look at my check engine light and take my car for a test drive. We're not talking oil change or even adding any fluids, $142 for labor to look at something I could have done at NAPA or Discount Auto for $0. You're a dick Richard

Always great service.
I have taken my car to Rocco's several times and have never been disappointed with the work by these fine technicians. I trust their judgement when it comes to diagnosing the repairs my car needs, and never feel the charges are out of line. The staff as a whole is professional, courteous, and obviously pride themselves on being the best.

Great Service at a Great Price
After being oversold one too many times at the Benz dealership, I took my car to Rocco’s for regular Service A. Gino helped me through the process, and everything turned out exactly as he said it would. I received a written estimate right to my email and was able to review, authorize, and print a copy for my records. The bill was a fraction of what I paid previously and the courtesy of everyone - Gino, the technician, and the car washer - was genuine. I have found my garage home!

Courteous, professional, high quality work
Great service from friendly professionals at a fair price. Can’t ask for more than that. I took my Jaguar to a dealership first to see if they could repair/replace my convertible top. I was initially told that my model year top was no longer available, then later
they said it was available but at a very high price and a long lead time. I went to Rocco’s and they had a new top installed in less than a week at a better price and the fit is perfect.

Thanks to all at Rocco’s !

I brought my TR to Johnny and the boys and told them what was wrong with my clutch. I also told the them the clutch reservoir was full. They put it up on the left and showed me the leak. I do all repairs to as OEM as possible so when Johnny A shored me that he would put in the correct slave cylinder I was ok with that. Unbe knows to me I looked up in my classic auto parts and found a direct replacement which I will purchase and have Johnny replace it. It was on me cause it’s a temporary fix till I get and original replacement . The work was done to perfection my TR runs and shifts fantastic . Btw I trust them so much that I also have a 69MGB GT that he is doing a good of bit of work to get it to where it is very dependable and preform as road worthy of my as TR. But a Big Great job to “Chris Cringle “ the kid is on his game.

First Time was a charm
I picked up my Panamera 4S (pre-owned) on Thursday and it drives great but early Saturday morning my oil light came on indicating that my oil level was low which was scary as this is my first Porsche. I called Rocco's and spoke with Greg Fung and he not only set my mind at ease but he opened up a slot to see my car on the same day; when I arrived Greg was very attentive and very informative. He and the owner inspected my vehicle; said it looked good and the owner personally topped off my oil. To add icing on the cake I found out that Greg and I both served in the Army and even went to the same basic training location. Bottom line this is where I will get my maintenance done, period!

The BEST place for your luxury car in Atlanta
This place is spectacular! Not only is it inviting, comfortable and pleasant to walk through the doors but the people who work her are outstanding. Rocco is the most knowledgable and expert owner I've ever met. Chris, at reception is smart, outgoing and truly informed. Everyone is helpful and most importantly, there's an integrity to the establishment that you just don't find elsewhere. If you're tired of the whole auto shop racket - this is your place!
