Jose, your vehicle service order requested three items to be checked along with a general inspection, we adressed two of them successsfully. Unfortunately the chirp noise was undetectible and we asked that you demonstrate it for us. It seems after riding with you it happens under harsh accelleration, something we cant (re-create in the shop) and appears to be coming from the rear of the truck. This only allows for a visual inspection of any and all components, all of which showed no obvious signs of a problem, (and was communicated to you prior to you picking up the truck). I reached out to try and get this resolved but you just cursed me out and told me to f'off. Maybe you belong in a different kind of shop beacause that is not how we treat people here and I will not tolerate being talked to that way. We at Rothes are dedicated to getting to the bottom of these issues, some take longer to uncover that others.
