Very disappointed,
I had my old car towed there about a month ago to have the engine checked. I was told it would be a few weeks before they check the car. That is fine and understandable. It has been three weeks and a few days, I have left several messages and even sent emails. I just wanted some feed back as to what is going on. An estimate of when the car would be looked at. I have not received a response to my email or a call back from my many messages.
This is extremely upsetting, especially because I just purchased a vehicle from there a month ago. So now I am hesitant to bring my other car there for service,

nobody returned my calls
I bought the Tucson from Route 2 Hyundai and had required service done there. This past couple of weeks have been impossible to get any response. I booked online and had an e-mail that said they would contact me ... which they did not. I phoned twice and each time was told they would call back, which they did not. I now have to take my car for an oil-change at a local garage. How can Route2 be a main dealer if they don't provide better service than this?
