Never buy a vehicle from rt 44 Hyundai in raynham
I purchased a vehicle from rt 44 Hyundai. The vehicle got totaled. There was a criminal case against me. I went to rt 44 raynham Aaron Anger the manager said I was not welcome at the dealership until the case is over. I bought a vehicle from another dealership. The case was dismissed. I went back to rt 44 in raynhamjust to let then know the case was dismissed. Aaron Anger never apologize. The sales person wanted me to buy a vehicle from them. I told him I WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM RT 44 RAYNMAM. AARON ANGER IS THE WORST MANAGER EVER TY MIKE

ANGELO IS AN EXCELLENT SALES PERSON
It's been a year since we bought our 2023 Hyundai Sonata from Angelo. He explained everything thoroughly to us and was extremely patient with our questions. He went above and beyond to help us purchase this car, with no pressure on his part. He has since followed up with us twice, asking if we had any questions or concerns about this vehicle. Tires
Shame on me!! I admit it I got lost in the hype of buying a car! When I was checking the vehicle out, I checked the normal stuff - I also checked the air/cabin filter, tires, and wiper blades. Weird I know but I refuse to pay someone to change the filters when I can do it for about a 1/4 of the cost. Anyhow, I purchased the vehicle - used with 15,000 miles. In 4 months, I now have 28,000 miles. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and was told I need tires … WHAT!! When I test drove the vehicle the tires were fine - high thread and safe! Shame the sh*t on me - I should have checked tires again before I took ownership! I know in my heart and head they switched the tires putting me and my family at risk!! Shady shady shady!! I now I could not prove this but I also know I checked the tires during test drive. Now they want to charge me $1200.00 for tires oh hell no!! I’ll get my new tires elsewhere!! Buyer beware and check your tire wear!!

I met Phil Palermo the day I stopped by to browse at RT44 Hyundai. He was patient and great to work with throughout the whole car buying process. When I came to pick up the car, he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough as he walked me through all the new technology the car offered. It was my pleasure to have Phil as my salesman.

No one should buy from this dealership .The are running scams ion warranties and pressure people into doing diagnostic reports knowing damn well that the warranties are past due and will not help . Also they added the wrong oil in my vehicle twice which might have led to the problems i have today.

Great Experience at Route 44 Hyundai
I had the most incredible and enjoyable experience at Route 44 Hyundai. Angelo Segalla was so friendly, knowledgeable, great enthusiasm!!! So happy to have worked with Angelo, we bought a 2020 Tuscon SE with low mileage at a phenomenal price. The whole experience was pleasant and Angelo and I connected spiritually!!!! He is a wonderful young man and I will recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle! Thank you Angelo and Route 44 Hyundai!

Done with Hyundai
July 31st, 2021 I brought my 2017 Hyundai Tucson in for an oil change and noted my engine light would sometime come on, was told I needed a new engine (car wasn't even at 90,000 miles or paid off yet), that engines weren't available for 6 months and recommended I get a new car. The sales guy conveniently had spoken to me prior to them saying I needed a new car, saying how I'd be getting close to needing new breaks, tires, etc so a new vehicle would be good. Without any other choice (or so I thought) I purchased a used 2020 Hyundai Tucson from the dealership. (Looking back I should have fought harder on the engine issue, which months later had a recall for the exact issue it was having). Today I go into the dealership and I'm now being told I need new front/rear brakes and tires - which was the whole sales pitch back in 2021. I definitely put a lot of blame on myself, I was ignorant to think that buying a used car from a dealership with minimal miles wouldn't give me a headache, or continue to cost me money, but I was wrong. I'm frustrated and annoyed and done with Hyundai.

Very quick and easy
Route 44 Hyundai is the first dealership that I have dealt with personally and they made the entire experience so much easier than anticipated. Very convenient and easy to work with. I was placed with Emelio, who did an efficient job at walking me through my options for financing the car I had been in pursuit of for weeks. Very pleasant gentlemen who went above and beyond to get me the deal that I was comfortable with. Just a side note, but if you’re looking for someone who works at a fast pace with paperwork, he is one of the fastest writers I’ve worked with. Overall great experience and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future!

They sold me a lemon took action against them with the lemon law they gave me another warranty and still won’t fix it so now I’m stuck with a car that over heats and transmission slipping. Did I say only had the car 8 months

Never again
My car was brought in for service to address rattling in the front end of my Hyundai Sonata. The car was returned to me 4 hours later with $2200 in labor charges for a complete preventive maintenance check to replace light bulbs, filters, and fluids but the front end was never touched. I was told it would be a couple more thousand in parts and labor to fix the front end as originally requested. No estimate or status of work being performed was ever provided. The staff was dishonest and very unprofessional. Never again.

Buyer beware at Rt 44 Hyundai
My son bought his first car there and drove it for three days. Let me know it was not driving correctly once on a highway. So it had to go back to the dealership. Keep in mind he paid extra for the car to be "certified" so he could use the original 100K/10Y warranty. Turns out in their words: "There was extensive damage to the front axel etc etc". Not a car guy but that seems like a safety issue? Part of the fix after was a new alignment, which not to my surprise was not done. Looks like we will be paying for that out of pocket . happened to run into the sales person and explained all of this when picking it up. Her response" that is not right at all" and smiled and walked away Try the KIA dealer just down the street...
