We understand that you're upset about the State of Vermont's vehicle inspection laws and rules, but we can't give you a sticker if your vehicle didn't pass. The state requires us to inspect vehicles before we give them a sticker, and your rocker panel and rear wells had rust holes. As far as being "overcharged" - we charged you the same $60.00 everyone pays for a vehicle inspection, (pass or fail) despite the extra time our techs had to spend on your vehicle. As we explained, when you bring your vehicle back next week, you will receive your inspection sticker for no additional charge as long as all issues have been addressed to the satisfaction of State of Vermont laws.
