Rude clerk
Good afternoon, I came in to Ruby Ise twice within the last 6 months for an oil change and fluid top off services. I use a third party payer for my vehicle so I don’t pay out of pocket for my services the company does. The clerk the second time was very dry, and appeared irritated. She made me not want to come back she also made it feel racial because she didn’t treat the other customers the way in which she treated me. Thank you kindly!

Worst place ever to take your car
I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. They clearly don’t know what the hell they’re doing They charged my warranty,$8000 for now my car not to even be drivable instead of putting it on a real diagnostic machine, they’re guessing what’s wrong

I paid Ruby I’ll on W. Silver Spring Dr. over $7900 to replace a motor in my 2008GL 550 Mercedes.
I dropped my 2008GL 550 Mercedes off at Ruby I’ll on W. Silver Spring Dr. they replaced the motor and once I picked my vehicle up once completed I noticed my power steering unit was winding real bad. I took the truck back to them and explain the problem to them they told me it would be a little over $1250
