My car had a shimmy, they told me I had a bad tire, had to order one. It's been a week. I found out nothing wrong with my tire.
The tech that check my car had an attitude about my stickers on my steering wheel. They were scriptures from the bible.
I was a reg. customer, but I won't be back.

Exceptional Customer Experience
This company really understands exceptional customer experience! When they couldn't schedule me last week, and found out I had an appointment at Ron Norris the next day for a different service, they suggested I ask RN if they could do the service I needed while my car was there. I got done what I needed done, and saved me some time as well. Rob will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is taken care of. I'm a customer for life for sure.

UNBELIEVABLE PLACE
I took my vehicle here for a slow tire leak thinking I would need a new tire and lo & behold...they repaired for a fraction of the new tire price. Most places would have pushed a new tire...Not Schlenker. This is my third visit & I wouldnt go anywhere else. Rob is a GEM....honest & trustworthy !!!
