Long story short. Hit a deer that punctured a hole in my radiator, causing it to leak fluid. Called my insurance and they recommended sendell. They came and picked the car up at my house and left me detailed voicemails and emails about my car. They did a terrific job on the paint job as well. Will return in the future...even though I hope not to. Ha
First class dealership from top to bottom. I once was that person to shop around. The last vehicle we purchased was from a mega dealership. I just became one of their numbers. I was just a number when it came to service or help after the sale. I know I made a mistake. I purchased many cars and SUVs from the Mohler family in the past. We are due for another, and I will say that I will buy from Sendell Subaru. They treat you like family, not just another number. It's nice to walk in, and everybody greets you. They care about your business.

Sendell crew did a wonderful job repairing my car. They were professional yet very friendly making me feel like a valued customer even though my car was ten-years old with less than 50,000 miles on it. I asked why I had so much damage from an in-town, slow traffic accident. The manager explained that the car is built to collapse around you to prevent you from major injury. I have always felt safe in my car and happy to have my Subaru. The car looks like a brand new car. They even detailed the interior to my surprise and delight.
My son had his car repaired previously and highly recommended Sendell. I would be eager to recommend Sendell in the future. My experience was a breeze.
