They were pretty good, when they first opened. My husband and I took our cars there all the time. Oil changes, flush, and maintenance.
Good customer service, however, two years ago I took my Toyota Camry in there for an oil change. Then shortly after, we had major car issues. so major, we had to get rid of the car. Because the Toyota was older, we thought it was just it's time.
Just recently (last week) my 18-year-old college daughter took her car, Toyota Prius C, there for an oil change and soon after her car was running weird and slower. We took it back there to see what was wrong, they said nothing. When my daughter was driving back to college, her car broke down, we took her car to our Toyota dealership and now she needs a new gas pump. My dealer said the pump was kind of severed and GLUED BACK TOGETHER!!
This is a horrible way to do business, and I am reporting suspicious activity with the simple services that end in huge mechanical issues. Until management clears this up. They will never get my service again.
We will only go to our dealership from now on.

Great Customer Service
Took my car in this AM for break service. They do a break check for free. The place is nice and clean and all of the staff that I interacted with were nice and friendly. They offered me a ride home or a loaner so that I would not have to wait. It is located near my home,so I will definitely be going back .

Unprofessional owner
Owner calls be back after I have an honest review for trying To charge me $650 for a fuel pump job and I spent way less money getting the part and spent $250 on labor he calls me back telling me that I cannot afford the part I can afford the part but I'm not stupid enough to pay $400 for a part that stupid when I can get it for cheaping just pay you for the labor and 3 more things were wrong with my car after they got done working on it the gas hand didn't work didn't have power steering fluid and did not have coolant and the car jerks.

Tune up
Thumbs down after tune up driving my Chrysler 300 at every stop light my car went dead called they said bring it back my car barely made it burning smell after they checked it the said the pvc hose had fallen off something they wetevsuppose to re-attach after that my car has a mist that it never had prior when still at a stop they said bring it back for the third time didn't feel comfortable will never go back and hope this did affect my motor lost trust quality work negative.

When i walled in, the places was clean, fresh, all smiles and i was greeted with a friendley joke from the owner himself.
Well, first off, I went to Speedy Dee's to get my oil changed and they didn't use the oil I only run in my Dodge Hemi Truck, but he told me to check with Service Pros just down the street. So I did.( Thanks to service guy at Speey Dee's) As I walked in to the very nice, car orientated service shops lounge, I was greeted with a "we don't change oil here " from the owner himself followed by laughs and smiles from the employees, then he shook my hand and told me yes they did, introduced himself as Bruce with a hand shake and proceeded to help me. I asked did they use Castrol! He said," No, but I can get it delivered here and charge you the same price as I would if you used the oil we do carry." He immediately picked up the phone, called O'Reilly's and within 10mins the driver pulled up with the oil. (while we waited as they began the oil change, he begin to tell me about the oil they use and why they use it). Then as Bruce took a phone call, one of the employees which happen to be a professional NHRA Drag Racing engine builder told me about Castrol and that although its an expensive oil, it's a good cleaning oil just like the oil they use there at SP. They oil change was finished within 30mins, all the guys was very welcoming, the tect that changed my oil, told me about a small rack opinion leak I was starting to have ( which was very nice to know) and Bruce was an awesome guy, great attitude, and a guy that gained my trust and my from now on business!

Never Again
This company is not trustworthy and unprofessional. I paid them $475 for a brake repair. They did not repair my brakes; and would not reimburse me any of what I paid. I would not recommend this company.
