My car stopped running car was towed to shaker the car sat there for almost 5 weeks without being diagnosed I had no offer of a rental I was told I'm sorry we have no rental for 5 weeks I had to pay people to bring me back and forth to work or to any other place I had to go I called weekly after the first week before the first week I called daily to find out about my vehicle and was not treated very well telling me that there was cars in front of me and they're sorry there's nothing that they could do and oh well I contacted Hyundai and they called and got the same answer from shaker I never was offered a rental until 6 and a half weeks later and then they ended up having the car just shy of 7 weeks I went 7 weeks without a car yes I was given a new engine well I'm sorry not new engine but a remanufactured engine. Nocar for 7 weeks I find that completely unfair my car only has 54,000 miles on it I feel like I was treated like dirt and no one seemed to even care that I had no way to get to and from work there was no offer to help nothing
I love coming here for my EV maintenance! The team always treats me so well, and I really appreciate how the service tech keeps me updated throughout the process. The video updates are a fantastic touch! Everyone is super friendly and remembers me, which makes me feel right at home. Plus, the cozy environment with coffee and snacks just adds to the great experience!

Quick and Easy When it came to my Campaign/Recall only on my first visit which was only a software update and second time for my first oil change which both visits were straight forward processes got me in and out at a desired time and made me feel this is the place to bring my vehicle for future services service department did their job right the first time will be coming back in the future
I went in for an oil change and alignment, but the tech learned that a rats nest was in my cabin filter. They helped to get this cleaned out and deep sanitized!
