Rear window dropped down and unable to operate
Drove to Silver Spring Auto spoke with Eric about the problem and was told would be able to look at today and give update on when able to fix. Called within the hour of problem and was told able to fix today or tomorrow needed a regulator and motor. Another call 2 hours later and was fixed and able to pick up on that day. Eric and Rick both very knowledgeable and nice. Excellent service with fair pricing. Will be returning for further repairs and services. Thank you !!!

Great service
My car had a dead battery. Service was extremely efficient and cost was very reasonable. They are also great at communicating about the repair/cost and notifying about when car is done. Very courteous. Highly recommend.

They are always prompt and accurate in fixing my car.
Rick (the owner) and Eric (mans the phones etc.) are wonderful in keeping you well informed with what’s going on with your car and offering information to help you make the best decision for what and when things need to be done. We have used this garage for 5-6 years since we moved and have always been very pleased with their work and honest information as well as their expertise. Plus they are in the neighborhood and very reliable.
