Those techs have skills
This isn't your normal mechanic. They come from Mercedes, BMW and other places. They know their stuff and did an amazing job on my old bmw that no idy else could figure out. The Service Manager is Alberto, a professional and a gentleman. He runs a tight ship, he keeps it honest. I found my cars forever home.

Quick Oil Change and Air Filter Replacement Plus Recommended New Belt
Dropped car off for an intended quick oil change and air filter replacement. It WAS quick, but Service Manager Alberto and his crew noticed alt belt was old/cracked and desperately needed to be replaced. I TRUST ALBERTO. He arranged for the needed repair while the car had already completed its initial service intention…only an additional hour or so.

I hung out at the local bakery for Saturday brunch and then picked up the car KNOWING Alberto had [again] gone the extra mile in service for me.

I…TRUST…ALBERTO. And that’s a big deal when dealing with mechanics and service managers.

I had called prior to getting car smog tested and was told it would be $50 dollars. When my hubby picked up the car they charged him $60. I was not with him so I wasn’t able to talk to someone about price change.
