Thank you again for your helpfulness in resolving your concern. Upper management has been notified of the person mentioned and steps have been taken to make sure it does not happen in the future.
Please understand that you have to actually talk to someone in order for the problem to be resolved. I tried to speak with you after my advisor had removed the tire rotation charge and broke down all charges for you more than once. You did not want to talk with me about it. You asked for the name of the GM which was given to you. I personally walked down to the GM after you left and gave him your information, he has been unable to reach you as well. I spoke to you on the phone on 1/5 and you stated that you never tried to reach the GM and you do not have anything else to say. I am sorry that you feel you were lied to, but the truth is the brakes were 279.95 and the labor to install the tire, which road hazard does not pay for, comes out exact. There is always supplies and sales tax. You know this from doing business here before. There were no surprises, everything was explained, you were given the chance to resolve the concern before you left, but chose not to. In closing you had confided in me that you did not like the other dealer as well because of similar reasons. Again sorry that no one can make you happy.
