Tire leak
Tire had a slow leak. They removed the tire and found that the valve stem was leaking. Replaced stem and rotated tires as requested. Very prompt service.

Battery replacement at close of day
I came in right before closing, but they cheerfully agreed to put in a new battery even though they would have to stay after closing time. They have always been a joy to work with. I won’t go to any other mechanic.

Always honest and reliable service
This time the guys installed a skid plate on my Forester. They only charged me for an hour, but I know it took longer. I go to Southwest Tire and Auto for all my car care needs. They are always honest and reliable, and do great work.

You have to go to the pros to resolve these issues, they won’t or don’t or can’t at the national places! They just won’t take the time to fix them. Thanks for taking care of both of our cars tire issues, much appreciated!
