I went to Spartan in Wilbraham on Tuesday to speak to someone regarding my back windshield elbow of the wiper. I spoke to the receptionist and she referred me to Greg. He went outside to check out the problem. He said that it could be fixed and that he would get back to me about ordering the wiper part and how much it would cost. Within a couple of hours he called me to see when I could come in to have it installed. He had time on the day I asked and now the wiper is ready for the next rainy day!
