Brakes wheel hub assembly and tires
Done quick and convenient. Offered a loaner ride for the couple days they had it. Car has never ridden better. Oh and the snap finance made thinks so much easier than expected

Always helpful
Jeff and the staff are always helpful and honest with us no matter the issue. Stephens has done repairs , used car checks, and everything in between for us. They are always wonderful.

Friendly people, great fast service
The staff at Stephens was super friendly, fast and accommodating. They got my car in right away, got me a loaner so I was not with out a car and had it done within 24 hours! They were great!

Always helpful whether a small issue or a big one.
Stephens Automotive Service has rescued me in the past offering towing, a ride and a loaner as well as fixing the problem. Recently, the housing on my passanger side mirror got knocked off. They told me just to drop by and they would snap on the replacement. I use my vehicle for work, so it was wonderful to have that easy fix and get back on the road. Jeff and all who work there are very nice and easy to work with.

Tricky problem
My car had a sometimes problem. When Stephens couldn't replicate the problem they tried and tried and being unsuccessful, they chose to NOT experiment with $1000 maybe's. I appreciate that beyond what words can share!

The whole time my car was in I had a reliable loaner to use.

Jeff was courteous, kind, and respectful every time we spoke. He called ME for MY car instead of the man on the acct.

I never waited more than 20 minutes for a return call.

The cleaning and removal of a mouse nest seems to have fixed my car with zero repairs.

I'm a fan for life!
