Liar and con artist
He's had my car for over 4 months. He lied to me about a part that I needed for my car and that he was waiting on that part. I called GM to confirm if they were back ordered on the part and they told me there is no such part. I called him out on it and now he doesn't answer calls or return messages. Mind you, he still has my car. I paid him already so now I have to take him to court to get my money back. I've reported him to the Illinois attorney general. I would never go back or recommend him to anyone.

Myself and my boyfriend who has had work done by this company before went to this establishment to have my car fixed in which Steve trope is we would need a fuel pump and go on to say my anti freeze leaks too he says I needed a new radiator and that all together it cost me 1000 dollars and my boyfriend wired him the money few weeks pass and my check engine light comes back on. I go to auto zone and they test the car and it’s the same code in which Steve said he fixed when he allegedly put a new fuel pump on my car. So he says to bring him the car he will replace the fuel pump so He also stated that there was a recall on a part that will make other parts including my fuel pump go bad So I come from Iowa where i moved to and we had told Steve we needed this car fixed because I was going to be coming back and forth to Illinois. So I called ford they stated there was only 1 recall and it’s a steering wheel bolt so I took it to ford on May 26 ford replaced the piece that had a recall and the following day I took my car to Steve who works out of sudzys located at 15431 Crawford ave in markham and he had my car for two days before we call him and he stated he been busy working other cars and that he will look and give us a call another day goes back which is now May 30 he calls saying that he waiting for ford to give him a call about replacing the fuel pump and anther two days go by now being it’s Monday he says that I may need a cam shaft which would cost us 1600 and he will call ford and see if they will lower the price and we called him no answer we call back say we want to pick the car up when I get the car it takes many tries to start when I am on the brake it shakes, and it runs really hard the idle keeps going up and down. So I take the car to a shop in which they brought the car back out so fast I was confused he says that’s he couldn’t fix my car I need to take it to a dealer ship but DO NOT take it back to the person who touched it. I then take it to ford located in oak lawn and they do a diagnostic and it says I need 2 sensors in which they charged me 529 dollars to put in. I leave the check engine light is off I’m happy I been here stuck for a week and half from my nice home in Iowa I drive a few miles Headed to take the rental car back in which was 400 some dollars back then the check engine light comes on and now I call ford they say bring it back they say in the morning they will look at it when they have time so here I’m out of more money to pay for another day of rental and a hotel room for two more days so here this morning and of June 4th ford calls me to say mam we can see that someone was working on this car and that they wedged a nickle inside to by pass telling you u needed a new cam shaft all along it’s been there a min because it’s almost shaved to where it’s no more metal he says that I needed a new cam shaft and that the person did that to make it ride a while longer without fixing the problem and here I have been driving back and forth to Iowa and this problem was never fixed and it’s making my engine worse and worse as it just ride while rigged so now i am stuck with ford saying it will cost them 3100 to replace the fuel pump and camshaft on the car and I don’t have that I’m a mom of three who just moved to Iowa and this man has been taking my money to trying and make more money he knew I would have to come back soon because that nickle would deteriorate soon and just as fast as we wired that 1000 to him he thought we would do the same with the 1600. The phone number that’s displayed on the business is not even a working number 7085661669 try it don’t work but he had a personal cell number that’s 7083345224 in which he has blocked my boyfriend and I PLEASE NEVER KET SOMEONE LIKE THIS WORK ON YOUR CAR ‼️‼️ But I will say this god will get you back for this ‼️??

Edward biller....you yourself are a scam artist. You have judgements against you and you’re not slick. The work you wanted done to your vehicles was in fact 100% done. Katie....we didn’t accept any groupons in July or any time in the recent months. It’s been 8 months or so since we accepted groupons or even offered them. So if there was an issue with a groupon it wasn’t dealt with in a timely manner. We offer warranty on all work performed. Also...the head mechanic looks over MANY vehicles and tells customers it appears work wasn’t done as stated. It’s pretty common and when you get an answer you’re seeking from competition...you’ll get it. Keep it in mind. The new guy wants you to spend your money there. We do not rip people off but sometimes mistakes or bad parts happen. Which we offer to help fix and keep our customers happy.

Brought my car in with a groupon oil change and belt needed replacing he said.
I discovered old oil filter and no new belt installed but I was billed for both ?

Juan said they responded professionally, were smooth, and got done when they said. It was great customer service and quality of work. He stated Dave is a great guy and mechanic.
