I tried to contact many towing companies and what their response was bad and bad. Finally I got this company. Both the service representative and the driver who towed my car made me happy. May God bless them all.

Quality Work, Kind & Helpful Staff
I ended up getting towed to Superior on March 5 following a hit and run incident with a U-Haul. I was pretty shaken when I arrived, and it was such a blessing to have kind and helpful staff to assist me, both at the front desk and in the garage. Seriously, the woman at the front desk even proactively lent a charger for my phone when she heard me tell my teenage son I was running low on power after all drama.
While I grew up in the area (Waterbury), I now live out of state. The staff knew I was in a crazy situation -- carless, a 5-hour drive from home, having to rent a car out-of-pocket because the guy that hit me was unlicensed and uninsured. They worked with me at every step of the way to make sure we had what needed from my insurance company (the biggest holdup) so they could order the parts and do the repairs. It took them less than a week from when the insurance paperwork cleared to when my car was ready -- and that included having to wait for some special ordered parts that they couldn't order without insurance clearance.
When I finally arrived on the 18th to pick up my car (which, BTW, is 7 years old!), the Uber driver who brought me there remarked about how nice my car looked. That's because they had someone hand-detail the entire outside. My car looked brand new!
I would recommend this company to others without hesitation.

Excellent service, Very nice and friendly staff
I stepped away from the counter at a local store to return an item I no longer wanted to purchase
and within a few seconds someone took my keys that I had accidentally left at the register.
I called AAA asking for assistance to get my car open hoping that I still had an alternate key in
the trunk. The tow driver from Superior arrived within minutes and proceeded to open the car door. However, because I did not have access to the key fob, the trunk would not open. Given that Hyundai''s and Kias are regularly stolen/broken into - I had my car towed to Superior with the intent of having a key made after the holiday (they were closed - it was New Years Eve).
Within ten minutes of having my car towed, my keys appeared/were left on one of the store shelves, despite the fact that I and one of the cashiers had searched the store for an extended period of time - finally realizing/accepting that someone have taken them with the intent of taking the car.
Superior had my car for two days because of the holiday closing and despite the fact that I no longer needed them to make a duplicate key and fob (as I had agreed to before my keys were suddently returned), they were very understanding, very professional, very supportive and empathetic. I will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them to others. Highly recommended!!! Thanks for excellent service.

Excellent service, and courteous. Display total professionalism. The tow truck driver Alberto very professional. The garage was clean and the owner was very pleasant and took care of business accurately and promptly. Superior Towing is 5+ stars in my opinion.

Professional and helpful tow truck driver
I was an older female in a situation with a failing car, and it was quite cold out and the neighborhood wasn't good. Called AAA, and this business was part of their pool, I guess, and they dispatched a truck. Tow truck driver kept me informed as to his whereabouts, made me feel safe, and helped me get out of there quickly. He was courteous and mannerly. I will remember his garage and use it in the future. I had the car towed to my apartment building parking lot so I could figure out what I wanted to do with it, it's an older car so it requires a bit of thought.

AMAZING experience
I was driving my daughter from Boston to Connecticut. Destination was to the University of New Haven where she attends college. My car stopped driving while on the highway luckily enough my daughter and I were able to get off the highway safely but stranded. I reached out to Superior to see if they could help. The office manager Jessica moved so quickly because she heard the distressed in my voice and as a mother she knew I need to get it back to my other children in Boston. She sent a tow and he was there less than 5 mins.They not only fixed my car within an hour and a half they took their time to fix my problem by saving my alternator in the process. Most businesses won’t do that they will rob you knowing they can because of being desperate for help, most will tell you the alternator is no good when it actually could be saved. These people are as good as it gets. They were honest, helpful, and got me home safely to my kids. I will be forever grateful because I was so overwhelmed and these guys save my life so they are the best

Unbelievable service...tow and replace radiator in less than 3 hours
