Lacking accountability and consideration for customer
We needed a TPMS sensor repaired as well as a number of recalls as well. So, okay it takes 2 months to get the car in - not an emergency. My wife takes the car in and they don't have the TPMS for that year. Instead of "I'm sorry", it's excuses - that was an early Genesis and that's why we don't have it. What exactly is the point of filling out the repair request if no one will take 15 seconds to see if they will have the part to do the repair? Are we supposed to call ahead to see if they have the right parts? So now its 2 trips a week apart that have to be made and additional labor charges for the TPMS because now instead doing it in concert with the alignment in the first appointment, a separate appointment is needed for the TPMS ($200). If you are going to constantly brag about how you are the best hyundai service group in the area, walk the talk - don't treat customer's time like it has no value and when you make a mistake, own it.

Anthony Metcalf is the best salesman I have ever dealt with!
I just wanted to let you know that Anthony Metcalf is the best car salesman I ever dealt with. I bought a 2023Sonata from him a few weeks ago and he was so helpful. He did not pressure me on upgrades. He let me drive 2 or 3 cars without hesitation. He took my interest seriously. Earlier that day, I went to Columbia Hyundai and drove 2 cars and the salesman did not even attempt to sell me the car. I said I wanted to pay cash and that I was interested in the $750 off deal that expired the following day. He was not aware of offer. When I inquired about the $1500 coating that was listed on the window sticker, he said there was nothing he could do about that or the other $4000 of upgrades. He did not ask his manager. None of these charges were applied at your dealership. I felt that Anthony treated me seriously and with respect and was eager to find a car that met my expectations and needs. I will seek Anthony out the next time I need a car! I have told all my friends, who are thinking about getting a new vehicle to go to Anthony.

Service Department is a Train Wreck
I absolutely love my Genesis, it has been dependable, looks great, and offers great ride. My salesman was terrific although no longer there. My problem is with the Service Dept, the Service Manager, and the General Manager (Head Coach). I am surprised that this management team is still in place after the Jeff Wyler purchase from Superior. Going forward, I will not buy another car from Hyundai in Fairfield until this management team is replaced.

Poisonous Culture
Sold me a 2015 Hyundai Sonata for $15,000. Within a month began to experience engine trouble. They said rhe Diagnostic Test was clean. After the car stopped a few weeks later, they said the repairs would cost $1200, which eventually became $1900. After they "fixed" the car, it lasted 5 more days before breaking down again. The new repairs would cost an additional $2300. Sales Manager attempted to sell me a car reeking of cigarette smoke and covered in dog hairs. Never do business with this dealership.

Jason the best salesperson at Jeff Wyler of Hyundai
My car was totaled in an accident and I needed a car. I went to Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Fairfield to purchase my car. I went to my favorite salesperson - Jason Markley because he has always taken care of me and all my friends. I could not have asked for better person to put me on the right car just for me. I purchased a 2021 Kia Forte and I am loving it. I really wasn't sure what car I wanted when I arrived at Jeff Wyler's but Jason was able to help me make the best decision for me. I would never buy another car from anyone but Jason.

Loved the car and the service!
We went to find a used car for our son that was in his price range. The manager was very helpful in finding cars in our price range and did not rush us through even though they were about to close for the day. He put us in touch with Frank who was very helpful and easy to work with. He explained everything to us and was very kind in working with us and our teenage son in finding the right car for us. He worked with the manager to get the best deal possible and we were pleasantly surprised when the price came back $1000 less than the sticker price. Very good experience and would recommend Frank and Jeff Wyler to others.

Dreaded experience, and I dread going back there.
Always seems unorganized, workers in the service department seem like they drag their feet and take FOREVER to get simple tasks like, patching a tire, completed. I had an appointment to patch my tire, and it took 3 hours. That’s unacceptable. The point of an appointment is to get in and out fast. I’m not sure if it’s the skill level of the “mechanics” or what, but it makes me dread going to Hyundai every time. I also spent a lot of extra money on a warranty for my car, and apparently Hyundai has to call and get permission to get certain things covered for me. Did that happen? Of course not. Now I gotta do extra foot work to get my money back that the service team was supposed to take care of for me.
