Thorough, Timely, and Reasonable
Driving down the road, my vehicle began to squeal near right front wheel. Tallmans was able to get me in the next day. Diagnosed broken pad and damaged rotor (NY potholes). They replaced and had me out the door the same day. Pricing was very reasonable.

I’ve been going to Tallman’s since they opened the new facility in Rome. The waiting area is neat and clean and the service writers are personable and knowledgeable. The technicians that have worked on my vehicles, did so promptly and efficiently. Extremely satisfied with my experience and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Inspection
I had a NYS inspection due and scheduled an appointment online with Tallman’s in Rome NY. I got the time and date I was available to get it done. It took less than an hour and the facility was clean and and the check in and out was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Tallman’s as a great place for your vehicle service. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Five stars!

When I scheduled the appointment I was told that 4 tires were available. When I got there only 2 were. It wasn’t a big problem since 2 of my tires were still ok but if they hadn’t been it would have been an inconvenience.
