Questionable
I took my vehicle to Tallman’s for a tire rotation, since I purchased my tire there. Two days prior my vehicle had an oil change and multi point check at the Toyota dealership. The dealership noted I need only a new air cleaner. All suspension was checked and was in the green. However two days later, Tallmans said I needed 1800.00 to change out two bushings. I find it interesting that the dealership didn’t not find any errors and all checkpoints where in the green whereas Tallmans said my suspension was faulty. secondly the Tallmans tech left an oil rag on my passenger seat.

I tried reaching out to you. We take pride in our work. I did confirm with the tech that those bushings are going bad on the lower control arms. They are not a dire need like explained to you in person but will be needed at some point in time. Please give me a call if you would like to discuss this further.

What great and efficient service. We waited while four new tires were replaced. Done within the time frame that they told us. Waiting area was comfortable with K Cup coffee. Highly recommend. Thank you Tallman Tire!!!

My Experience
I went there on Saturday to see if they could help me with my car issues. I had a soaked pan and when I went in the gentleman was very kind. He said they would look at it Monday and they looked at it the same day due to cancellations. After he called and told me that my oil pan was soaked the upper and lower pan and my transmission was leaking fluids. He said it would be $1450 (roughly) and I said I couldn’t afford it so I went elsewhere. They charged me $75 for even looking at it. I went to another repair shop paid $665 for my pan to be changed and for me to be told no my transmission fluid was ever leaking. I wanted to give this place a fair chance due to good reviews however, I was not impressed.

I tried reach out to you. I reviewed the ticket and went over the findings with the tech. The issues and the estimate we gave you was accurate. The upper and lower oil pan was leaking and the transmission dip stick tube was rotted, which was starting to seep as well. If you have any questions just let me know.
