Great experience
After having a shady experience at another service shop, I asked around for a reference and Taylor Automotive was recommended to me. When I brought my car in for routine maintenance, I also told Bob that based on the age of my car that it may be time for brakes. So he very easily could have sold me a brake job and I would have easily agreed. But he said my brakes were fine. That honesty gained my trust from the start. There are so many shady automotive shops around that when you find a good and honest one, you give them your loyalty.

Outstanding job on my old chariot
20-yr.-old vehicles have weird stuff wear out or break all the time. My car’s driver-side seat belt receiver broke internally, and the shop was able to find a replacement part within a day. In addition, the headlamp covers were clouding over (not for the first time), and the shop polished them with the approved kit, leaving them looking new for the next two years.
