The service part was fine.
I had my vehicle at Team One Hyundai. They found four items that needed to be repaired and gave me a quote to repair them. They are listed here.
1. left rear reverse light. Parts and labor was $105.28
2. Cabin filter. Parts and labor was $63.56
3. Valve cover leaking. Parts and labor was $1038.79
4. Replace spark plugs. Parts and labor was $797.60

I don't believe anyone would go home and give a review of these charges and recommend a friend to take their vehicle there for service or repairs, so I gave them a low score on the survey. Justin Green called me and explained the reason for this quote. They were having a problem with the computer program. He explain to me the problem and gave me the quotes I should have and make things right. After getting these quotes and having an understanding of the problem I felt much better about their service and' quote's. Justin was very profesional in solving this problem. The service department was very prompt and helpful.

I have never had a bad experience when bringing my car in for servicing. The employees are always friendly and make you feel that your being there is important to them. Engine replaced
My Santa Fe out of no where started having engine problems. Within 3 days Hyundai corporate agreed to replace my engine free of cost due to a bad part in engine. The Hyundai dealership was great at getting everything complete in a timely manner. They were very professional and Charlie in the service department was very helpful and willing to go above and beyond.
