My 2008 Outback loves their TLC.
After 5 years, I have zero complaints about their level of expertise, professionalism, courtesy and most of all the respect they all give this grandma and her older car. My landlord recommended them when I moved to U City. He said his widowed mom loved them and I would too. He was right. And I can honestly tell you I was one of four women in their spacious waiting area this morning. I hadn’t even finished my coffee before my car was ready.
Also I just want to add… I keep asking them if I need new tires. So far the answer is always “not yet.” How about that!

Easy to work with, great communication
During the lock-down, Telle remained open and adjusted to accommodate non-contact drop-off and pick-up. The process was super simple and the communication of repairs needed was thorough.

A Trusted Resource
As a woman it’s always hard when your car has trouble, especially if you don’t understand the mechanical workings of a car. Telle Tire has always serviced my families cars without taking us for a ride around the block, if you know what I mean. In this visit, only tires were required, but great care was taken to make sure that I had the right tire that fit both safety, quality, and my budget. The car drove so nice after the new tires, that it’s hard to believe that it was the same car that went in the shop. Telly tire and gets my highest recommendation.

Great price and great service
After looking at the local shops as well as Costco and Walmart, we decided to go to Telle for tires. Price was the same of lower than other places and they got us in and out quickly. I’ll be back when my truck is ready for tires.

New Tires
I needed two tires. It was a very pleasant experience working with a company that cares. It is a refreshing change from other (larger) companies that i have worked with in the past. There was no attempt to "up-sell" me, only a complimentary offer for a free re balance in the fall (which they recommend). I feel like I have finally found a reputable company that I can trust to service my families vehicles.
