Lacking customer service and repair
Hyundai has horrible response time and they do not stand by their word. I am still trying to resolve an issue from a year and a half ago, another from August 2024 and another from a month ago. It doesn't seem like they really care about keeping a loyal customer and my husband is ready to purchase a new Hyundai and I don't think it's worth the headache ....I'm definitely going to work on changing his mind.
