Keeping my wife safe.
Joel has been an asset at Terry’s for so many years. When I talked to him about a front end issue I told him that I’m worried that whatever is loose in the front end may make our vehicle stranded. My wife works 2nd shift so she is driving home at midnight. He repaired it. That evening. Thank you Joel. They were very busy but Joel listened to me and did what was right. Work completed with road testing all’s good.

Value their opinion
My car is old and I knew that at some point it would not be worth it to repair anymore. They did a diagnostic and inspection and found that rust on the under frame was not safe for driving. They took me to the car to show me and I'm very thankful!
