Great job
I had a dish washer installed and the installer was very kind and did a thorough job. The person who installed it last time did not do a proper job, so it was difficult to open and close it, and I didn't know if that was the cause. Juan and Miguel explained this to me and they also took the time to drill holes in different places for the hose so that the water wouldn't back up.

Hybrid Battery Replacement
I highly recommend this company. Top notch from start to finish. I bought a 2011 Lexus CT200H 5-1/2 years ago with 125,000 miles on it. It’s now got 270,000 miles. Reading about replacing battery packs will scare the crap out of you. The car is in very good condition and the thought of paying $4,000-$8,000 to replace battery pack just didn’t make sense. I only paid $10,500 for the car. Andre’ came to my house today and replaced battery pack for roughly $1,000. That I could afford and it keeps me in a car I love. Of course, the real test is how many more miles can I get? I hope to chime back in a year or two from now saying that I’m still going… Anyhow, Hybrid Geek gave me hope today and has done a great job.

Prius battery replacement
Recently had my battery replaced by Andre. He did an excellent job and explained how to help save the battery , e a leave windows down slightly so heat won't build up in the car which is not good for the battery . Thank you

Quick and Efficient
After many days of research and a few phone conversations with Simon. I felt very comfortable with The Hybrid Geek. I opted for the lifetime warranty battery. So far, two months later, everything is fine. I've driven the car close to 5000 miles since the battery replacement.
I appreciate Simon taking the time to discuss their refurbishment process and his honesty. The service tech, sorry I forgot his name, arrived on time, was proficient, and friendly. Great job all around.

How Business Should Work
The Hybrid Geek team is very professional and courteous. They worked with me on meeting my schedule and finished the job in a timely manner. Their communication throughout was impeccable. Anyone needing a hybrid battery in their region of business should make them their first and only choice. Granted it is not a new battery, but I got a battery warrantied for 3-yrs for half the price of a new one. For a vehicle with 261,000 miles on the original battery and engine, this was the smart financial choice. Have already made referrals.
