I've been a client since 2017. My Impala has has something as simple as replacing burned out headlight to major Body work. Anything in between. I've always been very happy with the workmanship, staff are always gracious..

Very respectful, knowledgeable, and prompt
I dropped off my vehicle and a short time later, received a phone call telling me what they thought I needed, which was exactly what I suspected based on my own experience. They did not try to push me into services I did not need, or miss anything. Kudos on that! I gave them approval to do the work, and they called me back the next day to let me know it was ready, and I have had no concerns about how the work was performed. All the buttons are buttoned up tight, the fluids are all where they belong, no signs of messy drips that were not cleaned up. They are professionals that care about their work.

2002 Thunderbird Service
I struggled to find a great shop in Deland to work on my 2002 Thunderbird. Knowing these vehicles can have a ton of issues a good shop was important. I wanted to replace my spare tire that was pushing 25 years old, so I stopped at Izzy's Tire on New York, while they were mounting my tire I asked where in Deland could I bring my 2002 Thunderbird. They said they had heard a lot of good things about The Shop. Glad I listened to them, I was very happy with my service and we be a regular, not only my TBird but my 2019 VW Atlas too.
