DO NOT DO IT
Got into a very minor car accident and had my car repaired here. They had my car for about 2-3 weeks with no updates so I decided to call. When I called they told me they were waiting on my insurance company. So I call my insurance company and they tell me they are waiting on a email with photos of my cat from tic tac tow. So I call both on a 3 way call and find out after doing some research that the reason my insurance company (Liberty Mutual) isnt getting the emails from tic tac tow is because tic tac toe doesn’t know how to spell “mutual”. Yes the reason is because they were spelling mutual in liberty mutual incorrectly. After I figured that out tic tac tow has had my had my car for just over 3 weeks with no action. We get to them having my car for a month and now the insurance says I’ve reach my quota for them paying for my rental car and if I still want the rental car I would have to pay out of pocket. I paid out of pocket for a week for a rental car and about a week later saturday got a text at 3:50pm saying my car repairs are done it just needs to be detailed. I see that they close at 5pm so I head over there. When I get there at 4:50 no one is there. I call and get a bullshit story about someone that can meet me later to get my car. That didn’t sound very promising so we agreed I can pick it up tomorrow (Sunday) I call text all day Sunday with no answer. I call Monday morning and don’t get a call back until like 1pm that I can come get the car. I come get my care and pay the full amount 2890. Guy who I got the car from told me he had no change when I tried to give him 2900 And the funniest part of this whole story is my car was not detailed when I picked it up ?. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE AND LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR.

My car been there paid for by insurance company over 6 months there nv open don’t pick up phone and lie blaming dealership on back order when I checked myself it was a lie

Horrible service
This byfar the worst shop in Philadelphia I thought back2 new was bad this guy cook aka dline needs to stick to security because running a body shop is not for the big fella had my car over 3 months lying saying parts was on back order which I found out was a lie normal shops open for business 8or 9 am not these guys they open at 3 or 7 pm whenever they feel like working they don’t pick up phone for customers or insurance companies a true lesson learned send your car to dealership or to the white man because your own kind will f u over stay away from 6707 yukom st no matter wat name they put on gate
