We have a small waiting room with comfortable seats and Wi-Fi for your convenience. We also offer a drop-off service with pick-up and delivery within a 2-mile radius of the shop and 48-hour notice. Support small business and get great service too!
I recently brought my car to Tom and Jerry's Auto Service to install an aftermarket part I originally planned to install on my own. After purchasing it, I didn’t feel confident installing it. The team at Tom and Jerry's Auto was fantastic—they didn’t hesitate to help me out and made the whole process seamless. They were professional, and honest, and gave me a fair price for labor. The installation was done quickly, and they made sure everything was running perfectly before handing my car back. It’s rare to find a shop this accommodating and skilled. Great Service
Honest, straight forward evaluation of our 2013 BMW. Kelly BMW wanted $2100 just to find out what was wrong with our BMW; Tom & Jerry charged $400 and provided basic service as well. When you find an honest auto repair company, stay with them.

Service and advice
We have taken our cars to Tom and Jerry for decades. T&J replaced the old tires on the used car that I purchased recently, but the car still made noise at certain speeds. Jerry helped me diagnose the problem so I could convince the dealer to make the needed repair under the agreement that I signed at purchase.

Awful Experience
My Ohio State student dropped his car at Tom and Jerry's as we are out of town. They charged him $350 to evaluate the car and did not fix the issue. We called several times to gain additional information and asked to speak with a manager or the owner. We never received a call back and each time only spoke to the kind older gentleman that answers the phone. They took advantage of my son being a student and of us living out of town. We removed the car from the station and I would advise everyone not to take your car to this shop.
