Great customer service, kind of $$$$
I’m not sure what price to compare to for the repair I had but i haven’t been charged to run diagnostics in the past at other mechanics or it wasn’t charged separately and was included in the service.

Other than that, everyone seemed friendly and I appreciated the updates on my car. I also like that I was able to get in and get my car fixed fast. Major pros are convenience, fast service, and customer service. Con was expensive.

It was a pleasure doing business with Tom’s Automotive!
I thought customer service was a thing of the past, but, here you get exactly that !
I needed new tires !
I got quality tires in a short period of time!!
I waited in extremely clean reception room & they was made sure I was comfortable !
Victor handled the transaction perfectly!
I recommend them without any hesitation!

Always a positive experience
Face it, the mechanic, like the dr is an appt that’s dreaded. Every Vivian I have made to TASC has been effortless, positive and I left with a feeling of security. Everyone there is extremely friendly, communicative and dedicated to taking care of their clients. It’s shows in their work, their manner of dealing with you and the knowledge they share. My car goes nowhere but TASC for even something as simple as an oil change. I trust them. 100%.

Didn’t Miss A Beat
I spoke to Jason in advance of having my car towed in from PV. He was very courteous and said they’d be expecting me. Upon arrival, the entire staff was extremely kind. Jason explained, in detail, the work to be done. My car was ready in record time! Barely had time to finish my complimentary coffee! More importantly, I didn’t have to reschedule my next appointment that afternoon. Should I require Tom’s service in the future, no question, I will definitely return!
