Mess up my car
I take 1990 charge 900.00for tune up.Now the check engine light on and want fix it they cause it.Want to charge another 125.00 to look at what they mess up.I am now going to owners. Don't take car they over charge and now the check engine on.Not happy

Excellent shop
I definitely will come back to Tony’s. My engine light came on this morning. Jessie was wonderful and went they my car with a fine tooth comb and found several things my normal mechanic missed. Like a fan motor was disconnected ??‍♀️. Tony’s will be my go to shop from now on. Excellent service . Thank you soo much Jessie for doing such a great job !!

Not a Loyal Customer Anymore
I have been going to Tony’s for about 15-20 years. Over that time, they have serviced my last two trucks, my jeep, and my wife’s car. I have new 22 car that is 2 weeks old that needed an inspection for registration.
Today, they would not inspect my vehicle because of window tinting. The issue was with the windshield. I had a UV clear tint put over the windshield and that was in compliance with texas state code. The service agent said it was not within code. I mentioned that because it was UV clear protection and not an actual tint that it was within code it was considered legal. The gentleman asked for my receipt. I had to call my tint place to get an invoice with the description emailed to me. They sent it to me and I took back to Tony’s. The guy then asked for documentation of the texas code. Which they were arguing that they already knew. So I showed them the document of the texas state code where it shows that what I had done was in code and in compliance. He said ok then he asked me how dark my side driver and passenger windows are. I told him 20% he said those were out of compliance and code. However 25 is the legal code there is 5% leeway given and most tint places will do 20. I finally left and found a place 5 min from my house. Much cleaner and the customer service was incredible. They had me in and out in less than 10 min. No questions asked. I even asked bout the windshield and they said it was within code and compliance. I asked about the side windows and they said 20% was in code as well. All perfectly within the legal limits.
Sad to say, Tony’s lost a very loyal customer of 15-20 years today.

Not very Happy
Not very happy with the service, recieved an email for a $20.00 dollar oil change to celebrate their 20th anniversary . When I went to pay, the clerk told me it would be $40.00. I explained about the coupon and was told it is a third party oil not the castrol conventional oil they put in. He gave me $5 dollars off. I have my reciept which says they checked the air in my tires and air filter neither were ever checked. I shouldn't have to check it if it is included in the service. I have always liked coming here for the service and the free carwash. Never asked for any freebies. I wish the kids who were working there would have acted liked they cared. Anyway, I might be back I have not decided. I should not have to ask them to check the air in the tires. If they don't do the small things what else do they skip out on because they're on their phones. Been bringing my three vehicles there for years. Might have to reconsider.

TURNED AWAY 35 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING TIME
Before going, I checked their website to see what time they closed they closed. Their closing time was posted as 6:00 p.m.. We we went by there right around 5:30 p.m. on July 27th 2021. They were already closed. Today I called to verify the closing time. The man that answered said they close at 6 pm, but they had closed early the day before due to a scheduled meeting. Today we got there at 5:23 p.m. and we're turned away. The guy working there said there were only 2 people working and they wouldn't be able to have my car finished by 6 pm and that he stops working at 6 pm. That is what he repeated more than once as we confirmed that he wanted us to go somewhere else.

Never an issue...always honest
I have been taking my CTS and Infiniti to Tony's for a long time. The guys are great. I am especially fond of "the bearded one" as I call him (his actual name is Jessie). They have always taken good care of me. From Inspections, to oil changes, to batteries, to brakes, to leaks, to squeaks I can't identify...they can do it and their rates are not near what the dealership costs me. Always treated me right even if I had an issue. Those things are what matters to me.

From the oil change to the front end repair was top notch Darren your newest mechanic is the best I have come across he deserves all the recognition possible cause of him I will definitely be back hopefully along with other customers

Fast and Friendly
I stopped in for some general repairs after a few people recommended Tony's. I had my brakes done, alignment, and an oil change. Done by the end of the day and it was a lot cheaper than I expected!
