10 yr maintenance on my 2015 Ford F-150
I had my spark plugs replaced, drain and flushed cooling system-refilled and Drained, cleaned and refilled rear differential. Air filter and cabin air filter replaced and everything else looked good.

Upfront and honest
I’ve been looking for a good independent mechanic ever since my mechanic retired back in 2016. It took me 9 years to finally find an old school mechanic who is great at what they do. Tooltimes is upfront with you about how long they think it will be, calls if things aren’t going well, and the cherry on top is they know when to say no.

I highly recommend this shop looking for mechanic and not a salesman.

Check Engine & park break
Check engine light and park brake light. Tim ran diagnostic, showed EMS & TCM codes. Discussed possible extent of issues and vehicle a recent purchase, it would be best for me to take my 2020 Honda HR-V to the Honda dealer of purchase. Paid for my oil change. Thankful for Tim & Amanda's knowledge.

Spectacular information from Tim as he completed diagnostic and ran the codes. Talked extensively about my Honda HR-V and determined it would be better to go to my Honda Dealership. Paid for my oil change.

I set up an appointment, parts were ordered and delivered, so when I showed for the appointment, they could get started on it right away. So instead of drop off, wait for a diagnostic, then schedule, it was drop off, get fixed, and back all in the same day.

Towed us on Good Friday and had replacement Eng in on Thursday
Tim was very nice and helpful.
He towed us on Good Friday and had different engine in the car on Thursday.

We recommend going to Tim and plan for other repairs to be done there as well.
