Dropped the car for software update, took 2 weeks without any info on what’s wrong w car, no estimates nor date of completion. Ended up 1.5k for whatever… taking the car to dealership!!
I can’t say enough great words about Top Line, Zim and his staff of amazing people. Simply put - this is the best place EVER to take your car for work. Not only did they do an awesome job of taking scratches out of my back bumper, they got my car over to Wheel Works, as I needed a new tire. I rarely take time to write reviews - but couldn’t pass on spreading the word about Top Line.
Been coming to Topline for more that 20 years now and have always had an excellent experience from car purchase to their service dept, top notch mechanics. The service manager Thomas is very pleasant and accommodating to customers making sure that customers are happy and satisfied.
Tim, is by far the best staff member who will definitely take care of you he's a mechanic by trade so you are going to get the truth from him. I had my car in for an oil leak which thank God under extended by my warranty, but however there was some things that needed to be done extra of course my first thought was wow here we go. But Tim just took over and ressured me that it was needed then I knew I could trust him. Thank you to all the staff Zim, Mechanics and thank you Tim.

The car looked very nice, clean. Topline did a good job on checking what needed attention, and repaired them, and explained to me everything after the job was completed.
Lito said they tried their best and did a good job but it cost him $10,000 total. The business charged him for labor on swapping the steering wheel, when the first time they did it, the horn did not work, so when he took it back to get fixed, they charged him again. He said the owner and mechanic are very good, nice guys.
