We pride ourselves in not being a typical mechanic shop. We treat all our customers and their vehicles with respect and do everything we can to ensure the are satisfied and leave with a safe and good running vehicle.

We conduct a free safety inspection on every vehicle that comes into our shop so even though you only wanted 2 things fixed we found much more wrong with your vehicle and are obligated to let you know about them. Its completely up to you if you choose to agree to those repairs. 

I looked your up service record. It looks like you had an aftermarket warranty that was very difficult to deal with and they pushed back on almost every repair we sent to them which greatly delayed how long it took to repair your vehicle. We also did not have your vehicle for a month. You were in and out of the shop for a month with your vehicle. 
Your check engine light was on because of an evap system leak which your warranty company declined to cover and we explained that to you at which point your refused the repair because you did not want to pay out of pocket. 

We are sorry you feel like you had a bad experience at our shop but we did the best we could with the warranty company you had.  The issue is not us its your warranty company.
