Always takes good care of my Saturn.
Anytime something happens to my 2008 Saturn Vue, which us expected with an older car with 176K miles, they know what needs fixing, and doesn't add on a bunch of charges just because I'm a woman, like other places do thinking they can get away with it. I respect that. And if they do notice something that could become a potential issue they let me know.

Great Place and Great People
I have been relying on Total Tire for several years now. They are always courteous, professional, and helpful. Easy to make an appointment, and if you have a car emergency, they go out of their way to help you.

Lost my brakes while driving home from work.
The brake module went out on my 2008 Saturn when a truck pulled out in front of me. They tried 4 times to reset it, but with almost 180,000 miles, it was just worn out. They said it would take a week to get part, but got in 4 days, and had it all fixed in a few hours. They are honest, even with women, as to the health of my car. I never feel like they are trying to sell me what it doesn't need. This is a terrific place , with knowledgeable mechanics. The only place I'll take my "baby" to.

Utimate in service and knowledge

Joe at Total Tire is spot on from start to finish.He diagnosed my problem by me explaining my problem and was confirmed by his mechanic.They got the proper parts needed and had me back on the road in little time.
