RUN!!! Do NOT do business with this dealership. I had a horrible experience, they tried to do a bait and switch on me and when I called them out on it they offered me a great deal on the vehicle I was looking at. NOT!!! we agreed on a price shook hands on the price and when we went into finance increased the price by about 6 thousand with out letting me know "because of computer error". Not a reputable, serious dealership, take your business elsewhere.

Also they do not inform you of the price increase skipping through pages, until after you sign.

Used spray paint on my hood to cover up wear and tear
Bought a used car here late September 2022 after they had allegedly retouched the paint fading on the hood and bumpers. After about 6 months..I noticed the paint was fading on the hood of the car again. I've been putting off going back and addressing the issue because of my busy schedule until today. (Just over a year after I bought the car). I spoke with the used car manager, Mark, who looked into the matter and said the hood was not reported repainted on the repair list (probably because they used a cheap cover up). I went to my trusted body shop who thinks they used SPRAY PAINT to cover up it up. I showed the dealer pictures of what the car looked like when I had initially bought it. Mark tried justifying the paint by saying it's typical oxidizing paint that happens on TOYOTA cars, and that there was nothing he could do. Mark also said that I should've brought the car in sooner. If there's nothing he could do... why should I have brought the car in sooner...? Paint does not oxidize or fade within a year. Mind you the car is kept in the garage and rarely in direct sunlight. It's clear they do shitty repairs in order to sale cars, and are untrustworthy.

UPDATE: Had a meeting with the manager, Dustin, to discuss the issue. He basically just wasted my time as expected. Offered to buy me a tank of gas.... For the messed up paint job

Horrible Service Department
Do not come to Toyota of Huntington Beach service department. Horrible service and try to overcharge you. So I went in on a Tuesday to get my tire repaired with a simple screw in it, which they said it was unrepairable. They ordered me a new tire and said to come back the next day at 10 AM and they would put it on. The next day I go in at 10 AM and they said the tire isn’t there yet and it will be there at 12 PM. Finally the tire gets there at 12pm and they say they will put it on right away. After four hours being there it’s now 2:15 PM and they finally finish and then tell me that it is $436 for one tire, for a COROLLA. I could not even believe it. No after market wheels or tires. Just what came with the car. No one the day before or the day of told me about any price for the tire which should have been covered by the warranty since I bought the car about a year ago and bought the extended warranty but was told it wasn’t covered. I told them forget it and put my spare back on. Then they tried to keep my tire that was “unrepairable” it’s now coming on 5 hours and they had to go get the tire and asked me why I wanted it back when it’s unrepairable. Because I know it’s repairable. So now after almost 5 hours I had to leave without getting anything done. The service rep went and got the top guy, Cesar Esquivel who is the worst service director I’ve ever met. Unprofessional and didn’t care one bit after I explained the whole situation. I mean I didn’t really expect a whole lot but at least an apology or something. But all I got from Cesar was “ok” and then he turned around and walked away to talk to some other people.

Horrible!
If I could post a negative star, I would. I bought a used car, and a couple of years later, when my battery completely died on me, I discovered the actual key will not open my doors. I couldn't open my car to pop the hood for the AAA guy to check my battery. I had faith in Toyota that they would correct the corner they clearly cut. Especially since that is a safety hazard. But to their shame and my grave disappointment, they wanted to charge me over $1k to replace the key fobs with ones that match the door. The only other alternative provided was that I pay $250.00 to get an individual key that will only unlock the door. So now I not only have to pay for their shortcut, but have to carry around 2 keys in the event that my battery completely dies on me again or some other reason my fob control stops working. And this is only 1 key, what about for my husband who also drives my car sometimes? It's completely unsatisfactory. BUYER BEWARE!! I do not recommend you buy any vehicles from this dealership, but if the price is just too good for you to pass, and you are buying a used vehicle, please remember to try the manual key part of the fob to unlock the door. Also, if they try to sell you a bumper to bumper warranty. Don't bother it doesn't cover anything!

Update: After speaking to Dustin Franke as requested below. I would love to be able to put extra negative stars. Not only did they not change their options for me, but they wasted 2.5 hours of my time which I took out of work because he asked me to bring my car in as soon as possible. They held onto my car for about 2 hours, only to say they didn't do anything. They tried putting the key in and turning it. And since it didn't turn, they had no information for me. I literally stood there at check in watching them try to turn the key. So why did they keep my car? Because they wanted to do a 24 pt vehicle inspection and proceeded to try and sell me on services. These guys have no integrity, and no sense. Run away as fast as you can if you find yourself at this dealership.

Terrible Experience. I did not have my car for over 16 days.
Had my catalytic converter stolen and I made the big mistake of taking my car to this place for repairs. Dropped off the car, got the approval from AAA to have the repairs done. The service person I was dealing with was nice and seemed legit. He said he could not release the car due to company policy, and per the direction of his supervisor. I appreciate his efforts, but the dealership just flat out failed.
AAA issued payment on the 30th, and this check was in the mail by the 31st. Usually takes 5-7 business days at most for payment to be received and to clear. By the 5th, the 6th, the 11th, AAA was checking regularly to see if Toyota had cashed the check. Toyota claims they never received it. If it is true that you have this policy in place due to previous events with mail-based payment, then how about you figure out what's with your mail dept and find out why you have this problem with receiving mail?

Toyota of HB had my car for from the 30th of Aug, to Sept 15 without releasing it to me. 16 days after proof of payment was presented by AAA.

I finally picked up the car on the afternoon of the 15th by using a credit card to make the payment. AAA was the company that sent payment. This is not a fly-by-night company, this is AAA. AAA redirected payment to me and I received it in a day after I used a credit card. Terrible treatment of a customer by Toyota. I purchased this car here as well, only to be treated like this. I am currently looking at another car, but I will definitely NOT be purchasing here. I have heard horror stories of this place, especially after ownership changed, unfortunately I had to experience it first hand.

Save your breathe on your customary follow up post to this trying to correct the issue, saying "please contact us, blah blah blah", because you had 16 days to do this, and you only react when a negative post appears on the Yelp page.

Terrible experience
Had a really bad experience with this dealership. With finance trying to shove down my throat extended warranty and low balling on my trade. Did not give me a copy of my documents I had to come back and request for it. turns out they under paid me for my trade and I asked the finance guy he said it was offset by the taxes there is a lot more of what happened. So if anyone else has had a bad experience here with the dealership trying to trick you with add ons I want to open an FTC complaint against them and would like to ask your support if I can get statements from a few people the Federal Trade Comission might look into investigating violations on FTC regulations for unfair and deceptive business practices. These include but are not limited to hidden fees, trying to coax you into purchasing unnecessary add ons, false advertisement etc. The FTC tends to overlook individuals but will pay more attention to a number of people. Service department needs some work
We bought a new vehicle from Toyota of HB and honestly, should have stopped coming in for the free service. It wasn’t worth it. We had an issue almost every time. I truly don’t remember a time we didn’t have a problem. Never had an issue at other service centers either, just here and Elmore.

They are liars and selling lemon cars
I'm reporting new updates again about my VW Jetta 2016 here. Since the day I bought it, they sold the vehicle that has leaked oil to me saying it's 100 percent safe. To fix the problem, the VW official service cost more than $7000. They supposedly repaired the vehicle, but after 2 months it started leaking oil again. A complete waste of time and money. I'm getting ready to meet with lawyers and sue them. FYI...

Toyota Huntington Beach scam the customers
I went to this Toyota authorized dealership in 2019 to lease a vehicle for 36 months (Tacoma V6 SR5 2019). I attended by the salesperson Mr.Vinh Vo. This dealership only has bastards, liars, and bad people from salesman to the sales manager, and finance. I am 58 years old and having difficulty to reading and understanding documents with legal terms. I signed a lease for the vehicle, believing that are people with ethics and morals. Furthermore, I imagined being in a Toyota dealership located in Huntington Beach - CA, it would be given the best service and have an honest team of people. I was deceived as I signed on an electronic device (signature pad), and I trusted that I was signing a 36-month lease as agreed with the vendor Mr.Vinh Vo at the time of negotiating and accepting the monthly installments for 36 months. I paid for the vehicle on time for 24 months, imagining that I had only 12 more months to finish the lease. In March 2021 I had an accident with the total loss of the vehicle, and when I sent the lease contract to the insurance company, it was so strange that I had leased a vehicle for 60 months with a residual payment to purchase the car is $19,900.00, exorbitant and non-standard values. I was having suffered spinal, ankle, and neck injuries without being able to work, now the solution for paying for this vehicle has become a nightmare. All because of the greed, dishonesty, and lack of ethics of a salesman Mr.Vinh Vo. The insurance company will pay the market value of the vehicle (Market value on March 2021 plus 20% GAP) and refuses to pay the full amount of the financial debt, because even I have GAP insurance, the final amount is double that of a new one. Now at my age, I was injured, I will have to continue working and use the little money I was saving. I earned my money in my hard job in my life to pay the finances and bills, for the simple greed and lies of a salesman I'm having this consequent. So I alert everyone, stay away from this dealership, as it is a group of dishonest and lying people. Those are lies and scams to you to take your money out of your pocket who earn working, honestly. I don't know how these people keep a Toyota brand and manage to sleep in peace and be the reference of education and honesty to their children.

Not recommend this dealer ship, not there to provide you nor look out for your best interest, yes their jobs are sales, but they don't care about you taking the best car, they want your money and they take advantage of younger people. That's not taking care of the customers, they do this wishy washy talk and mix you all up, specially to younger people. Toyota of Huntington Beach, you should be ashamed of yourselves

AFTER ONE FULL YEAR OF LEASING THIS TRUCK FROM HELL U WAS TOLD BY “BEN” THE SERVICE MANAGER THAT PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES AND NO CAR IS PERFECTLY MADE. SO IVE GOTTEN TGE RUN AROUNDS WITH THEM OVER THE DODGE DURANGO I PURCHASED FROM THE WHICH 3 months later had a loud ticking sound AND FEELS AS IF TGE TRANSMISSION IS JERKING AFTER REPORTING THIS TO THEM THEY TRYED TO MAKE ME PAY TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM THEN LATER AFTER MY REFUSAL CLAIMED TO HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEM WHICH THEY MUST HAVE USED OLD PARTS BECAUSE THE WORK THEY DID BROUGHT BACK EVEN A LOUDER NOISE 3months later again and due to COVID WE WERE ON LOCK DOWN SO THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THAT WHEN I CONSISTENTLY CALLED AND GOT THE RUN AROUNDS ON BRINGING THE VEHICLE IN TO THEM. THE ATTITUDES I GOT WAS HORRIBLE BUSINESS I FELT DISCRIMINATED AGAINST FIRST OFF AND LIKE I GOT SUCKERED OUT OF MY MONEY FOR A JUNK CAR AND THEN DISREGARDED AS IF I WAS A PIECE OF TRASH ALL THIS AFTER THEY BEGGED ME TO TAKE DOWN MY LAST REVIEW! BAIT AND SWITCH. DO NOT LOOK HERE TO BUY A CAR
This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Blatantly lied to and classic bait and switch scam. Please read on for details.
I initially reached out to Toyota of Huntington Beach online and spoke with Daniel Rodriguez. I told him what we were looking for and that our max total price was $36k out the door (including all taxes, fees, etc). I mentioned that I had $6k available for a down payment and financing already in place through Chase. I told him we had an offer from another dealership for that price and asked him if he could match, since they were a closer drive for us. He spoke with his manager, then called and texted me back confirming they could match the price of $36k out the door.
I left work early and drove over there with my wife and 6 month old son to close the deal. Everything seemed fine while we were there. Test drove the car, they confirmed the price once again, and then we started the paperwork. I sat there for an hour waiting and signing papers with the finance manager before we finally got to a document that showed the actual price I was paying (of course he brought that out last after I’d committed a ton of time already). Lo and behold, it was about $6k higher than agreed.
Their reason? “Oh, you meant $36k for the total price? We thought you meant $36k for the loan amount after your down payment of $6k”.
If you’re wondering how “max total price“ can be interpreted to mean “loan amount size“, don’t ask me. Don’t even ask them, they can’t give you a reason either. This was clearly a bait and switch scam to get me in the door and hit me with the final price at the very end hoping I’d bite. I was blatantly lied to, wasted three hours of my evening, and had to take a 30 minute Uber drive home (my wife had left early to put our baby to sleep. We thought I’d be driving home in the new car).
Please heed my advice and don’t look here to purchase your next vehicle. They will lie to you and do whatever they can to make more money off you.

Harassing sales phone calls !
So after I refuse to talk with your salesman they kept calling me he put my phone number on the Internet and I got bombed with phone calls and text messages for hours and hours !
