Used car - new to us - check
John and his team did a diagnostic test on a 2017 Mustang I bought for my son. They found a couple oil leaks in the engine and some belts. They provided an estimate and timeframe to complete the work. They messaged throughout the process and completed a day early.

Oil and belt change
Fantastic place. Couple things. They gave me a ride home after I dropped off and picked me up when it was done. I accidentally left my wallet and they had faith in allowing me to pay when I got home through an email link. Thank you. Always choose this place!!!!

Integrity and Competence
Not my first review because I visit so often. I have 3 vehicles that I regularly service here and I keep going back. It's a family run business that treats you like family. It's not hard to see that the auto repair business is difficult to operate. I have visited dealer service departments in the past that required multiple tries to fix one issue. Traywick's usually gets it right the first time and if there are any issues that need to be addressed they do so right away - no run around. I can trust that I will get honest advice that is in MY best interest from John (the owner). John's mom is the best! She goes out of her way to make you feel at home while you are there The rest of the staff is competent and polite as well.
